I had so much fun creating this month’s style edit. I have been itching for a warm weather getaway, and maybe February is my month. If it isn’t, I at least am inspired to add some new pieces to my closet in anticipation of spring.

This month’s edit has me ready to do some closet purging and redefine my spring wardrobe a bit after seeing so many beautiful resort pieces. I want to head into spring style with intention and purge some of my older pieces that aren’t serving my personal style.

Best In Belts

Why Try It? Belts are a simple way to really complete an outfit, and also make it feel interesting. Jeans and a white tee can feel like a totally fresh look when an interesting belt gets added.

Style Tips To Know: Think about the colors and trends in your closet before you start randomly buying belts. If your browns are more chocolate versus cognac, this will play a role in which belts you shop for. When adding a silver belt to an outfit, you can easily add in silver accessories to sandwich the whole vibe. If you’re like me and wear a lot of gold jewelry, you can still embrace the silver buckle belt. Just add a couple silver accessories (I always add a big silver ring and little silver earrings) to tie it all together.
